Use chatbot templates to simplify project development. Instead of building a chatbot from scratch, apply an existing template to different servers, providing a ready-made structure for faster deployment and consistency.
Ensure that both the source and destination servers have the same license version before exporting and importing a chatbot template. This prevents compatibility issues and ensures a smooth transfer.
¶ To export a chatbot template:
- Navigate to the Chatbots page.
- Open the Templates page.
- Select the desired template. Click the “Export” button.
- Save the template on the computer
¶ To import a chatbot template:
- Navigate to the Chatbots page.
- Open the Templates page.
- Click the “Import” button.
- Select a previously downloaded template.
- The uploaded file will appear in the modal window. Then click the import button.
- The template is downloaded. Search by name can be used to find it.
A template can also be downloaded and shared with all system users. To do this, register as an admin and add the template through the admin panel. Import the template using the same steps as the export process described above.
